Flour Making Experience

Step back in time and get hands-on at the Gower Heritage Centre with this immersive 2.5-hour milling experience for one. Begin with a guided tour of our authentic 12th-century water mill, where history and engineering come alive. Learn how to operate the sluice and launder gates to power the water wheel, then take control of the process—align the grindstones, pour grain into the hopper, and produce your very own flour using traditional techniques.

At the end of your session, take home a 1kg bag of freshly milled flour and a unique memory of becoming a real miller for a day!
