Gower Gourmet Kitchen is all about Gower, Welsh and Seasonal Produce – we are open in the Mill Kitchen on event days, offer seasonal dining experiences, cater for groups, and run courses in the Mill Kitchen at the Gower Heritage Centre.
Colin Lewis, Chef, & Owner of Gower Gourmet Kitchen, is a professionally trained chef of 40 plus years. Having studied catering at college, he then went onto further his career, honing his skills in the RAF working around the world. When returning to Gower, he has worked in several prestigious restaurants as head chef.
