This converted railway carriage is recognised as the smallest cinema in Wales by the British Film Institute. Originally located in the village of Gorseinon to the north of Gower, the cinema was restored and removed to the Heritage Centre during the summer of 2008.

Used as a village cinema from 1956, it was built by a local film projectionist Gwynne Phillips. It has just 23 seats, which were part of the seating from the former Carlton cinema building in Swansea. The Phillips family ran regular movie nights for the local Village.

By 2000 the carriage had deteriorated and coula not be used. Working with the BBC 2 Culture show, the Heritage Centre were able to hold one last major film event in Gorseinon when the BBC premiered a Danny Boyle film called Alien Love Triangle. Director Kenneth Brannagh, plus Hollywood A-lister Courtney Cox made an appearance, along with film critic Mark Kemode.Afterwards the cinema was dismantled and rebuilt in its current location. Today we hire this out for private parties and show films about the Centre and local area.
