We hope to re-open some of the inside parts of the Centre from Saturday 22nd May – subject to Welsh Government regulations. We have to restrict entry numbers to ensure safe social distancing so please pre-book a parking ticket, craft activity, or tearoom ticket to ensure that we can admit you on the day. Opening days will be 22nd and 23rd May and then 29th May to 6th June, thereafter opening dates will depend on the latest virus news and we will make further announcements on the website.
The tractor play areas, soft play, and sand pit areas will be be open but unfortunately we will not be able to open all our facilities this summer and the animal park, puppet shows, guided tours, duck races and “hands on” sessions, will be only be re-opened in a phased way depending on the pandemic regulations.
Season Ticket Holders-
As we cannot fully re-open and have to regulate visitor numbers then we will not yet be offering season ticket holders a renewal option, but will extend all season ticket holders passes from 2020 and 2021 for a further year. You may use your existing season ticket for free general parking if calling at the front shop or craft workshops for collecting or delivery, but we do ask that you book a parking ticket on line to ensure that we can you allow entry to any inside parts of the Centre or tearoom. This is a temporary measure and will be reviewed as the the pandemic regulations change.
