How to find us

The Gower Heritage Centre is in Parkmill, on the A4118 (South Gower road) just 8 miles to the west of Swansea.

By Car from the East
Leave the M4 motorway at Junction 42. Follow the A483 into Swansea. Carry straight on, following the brown tourist signs for South Gower. Once through Swansea, turn right on the B4436, then after 4 miles, following the signs marked Gower Heritage Centre turn right, then left into Parkmill. (13 miles from M4 junction)

By Car, from the West
Leave the motorway at junction 47 and follow A483 into Swansea, then brown signs for Gower via the A4216, then take the A4118 past Swansea airport and into Parkmill. (8 miles from M4 junction).

By Bus
Monday - Saturday (except Bank Holidays)
Gower Explorer Service 118 runs from Swansea to Rhossili via Parkmill. Suitable services leave Swansea Quadrant Bus Station at 09.10, 09.40, 11.10, every hour until 14.10. It takes about half an hour to reach Shepherd's Parkmill. Suitable return buses leave Parkmill at 11.34, 12.34, 13.59, 14.34, 16.04 and 17.09.

Sundays & Bank Holiday Mondays
Services leave Swansea at 11.30 and 13.10; and return from Parkmill at 15.06 and 16.06. Parkmill is easily accessible by bus from Rhossili, Port Eynon, Horton, Scurlage, Reynoldston and Oxwich Bay.

By Train
To Swansea Rail Station, then by bus from the Swansea Quadrant Bus Station (see above).

By Plane
Cardiff airport is just over an hour up the M4, with regular flights from most UK and European airports.
